Description:
Urgently need some extra frothing capacity? This auto-frother certainly
can help you out! The reservoir tank allows you to froth milk anywhere
there is a 110 volt outlet with 1000 watts available. This allows
you to bring the item out during high demand or for offsite catering,
and then put it away when not needed. This item can not be converted
to connect directly to a water line/source.
There is a small adjustment screw regulator on the inline milk hose. This regulates the flow of milk to the milk frother. A faster flow will increase production but at the expense of cooler milk froth. When the flow is slowed down, the milk froth is hotter. This unit can NOT make steamed milk for lattes.

- This machine utilizies a steam themroblock for efficiency. Please lightly descale this machine after every use (session).
- Frother cleaning should occur if frother will be sitting for 5 or more minutes AND after every seesion (just before putting away). Our current recommended product is Rinsa.
- For those who need to refrigerate the milk that feeds this unit, we recommend Thermal Electronics Black or Stainless Steel milk gallon.
- Please ntoe that is product does nto have NSF approval. Please check with your local health department if this approval is needed for use in your establishment.
