Bravi Home Coffee Roasters
 Features Experience Needed

No roasting experience needed. Very simple to operate.

Quiet Operation Bravi operates very quietly so that you will be able to hear the cracking of the beans
Roasting Grades Settings 1-15 (light to dark consistency)
  Automatic Features

Every roasting session starts with a warming/drying cycle, then goes into a roasting cycle at a higher and slightly lower temperature followed by a cooling cycle and expelling cycle. All cycles are temperature and time controlled to ensure optimal roasting results independent from your room temperature.

Cycle Duration Roasting in 16-20 minutres depending upon setting

Cooling cycles varies between 6 and 10 minutes - the roaster must reach 122 degrees F (50C) before expelling beans

(All subject to vary with amount and character of beans, and roasting grade)
Smoke Directional ventilation port must be vented to counter-top vent exhaust or a stove/range hood exhaust as smoke can trigger smoke alarms.
Continuous Operation The cooling system makes the unit ready for continuous roast once the previous roast has been cooled and dispensed
  Safety

Overheating Protection - Bravi is equipped with double over-heating protection devices which shut off the entire unit in the event of over-heating.

Self diagnostic - Self-diagnostic tools alert you to malfunctions in the temperature sensor

Roasting drum guard - ensures the roasting drumis placed in the correct position

Closed-lid sensor - Machine will not start/operate unless the lid is properly closed

Patented 'Flow Thru' air ventilation - keeps machine cool to the touch and helps separate the flammable chaff from the roasted beans
