Semi-Automatic Espresso Machines
Overview:
Here is the "Ferrari" of commercial espresso machines
for your home! We went ga-ga over this one! Look at her inside
or even the side view! Clearly a winner
with a large round gauge, and a multi-directional steam wand!
Plus, the looks of a Ferrari in the espresso machine industry!
Selling the La Valentina for over 3 years, 1st-line Equipment
can also convert the machine to a direct water connect set-up.
We also include our own quick start guideline.
The semi-automatic offers push button controls for the coffee
and hot water. The steam production is controlled by the non-compression
steam valve. Compared to other machines with a Faema E61 grouphead,
the La Valentina has the overhead control panel that reduces the
heated exposure of the grouphead. this is a superior feature to
help in preventing any accidental touch of the very hot grouphead.

Features:
- Built-in preinfusion chamber allows ground
coffee or espresso pod to be saturated with water prior to full
pump pressure for extraction.
- All stainless steel body throughout makes this a showcase winner
for many homes and low volume commercial establishments! Polished
front and brushed in the rear!
- The heat exchanger inside the boiler allows you to steam/froth
milk immediately after espresso extraction or vice versa. Please
note that we do not recommend steaming during espresso extraction
on any semi-commercial machine as this can lower the temp of the
boiler, and ultimately affect the espresso.
- Full sized commercial handles are used on the thermically-balanced
(a.k.a. Faema E61) grouphead for maximized temperature stability
- 3 way solenoid valve for successive extractions and for short
backflushing capability
- Large pull out drip tray for easy disposal and cleaning
- Large feet with rubber bottoms maintain stability throughout
- Large gauge on front panel indicates
boiler pressure
- GICAR (top brand in our industry) auto water refill circuit
maintains proper water level in boiler
- Easy-to-use rocker switch controls for coffee, hot water, and
power (left to right) on semi-automatic
models
- Passive, stainless steel cup warmer tray on top
- Sealed water reservoir (3 liter)
prevents dust from settling in your water tank
- Water reservoir is easily removable for cleaning (recommended
every 2 weeks)
- Spring-activated low water shut-off protects the machine when
the water reservoir is near empty - as opposed to liquid level
sensors which are more sensitive to reverse osmosis/purified water
which conflicts with the proper operation of the machine
- Included, rechargeable water softener
minimizes limescale build up inside machine
- Ergonomically designed steam knob sits on perfect angle for
easy use
- Multi-directional steam wand with rubber safety grip has two
hole steam tip that makes frothed milk in a snap!
- Rubber grips on steam wand and hot water wand prevent burning
- yes, you can keep your hand on them for a while. On other machines
with no-burn steam wands, you can still burn your hands or fingers
if you keep your hand/finger on the wand for more than 10 seconds
while the steam is exiting
- Three way solenoid valve allows the quick removal of the portafilter
handle once the espresso extraction is terminated
- Heavy-weighted vacuum breaker valve allows you to place the
machine on a timer - please make sure to plug in your timer first,
then your surge suppressor, then the machine
- Heavy-duty, thick-gauge, and nickel-plated copper
boiler is 1.2 liters large
- High wattage 1,300 watt heating element for continuous steaming
power
- Grouphead is designed for both
ground coffee and pod use
- Inline safety valve for water line pressure placed after pump
- preset at 12 bar
- Full-sized Sirai pressure regulator
not seen in any other machines in this price range!
- Heavy duty wiring throughout
- Green light indicator for heat cycle of heating element
- 41 watt, brass output Ulka vibration pump (quieter than 52
ULKA watt pumps according to ULKA)
- Accessories: One cup filter basket,
two cup filter basket, one portafilter handle with single spout,
