Overview:

Ideal for holding milk next to espresso machines , automatic espresso machines, and any espresso machines which uses an auto frother for making cappuccino's, latte's and mocha's.

The two gallon unit also allows for the Barista to make Mocha's, cappuccino's, and latte's with two types of milk.

The unit can be retrofitted with a two way valve which can switch between milks. So you can produce a latte with 2% milk, skim milk, and 1% ( half 2% and half skim)!

The MilkMate 2 G ( 2 gallon refrigerator) is also Ideal as a storage refrigerator for carts . It's small footprint allows the MilkMate 2 G (2 Gallon) Refrigerator to fit under a counter of a portable cart , kiosks and holds up to 1100 square inches of product. Internal dimensions are: 6.375" x 12.5" x 11.75" high.
