Commercial Grinders
Fiorenzato Doge Grinders are hands down the best
bang for the buck when it comes to commercial quality grinders.
Offered are three variations of the Doge (pronounced Dough-Gay)
• Automatic 63mm flat burr
• Automatic 83mm flat burr
• Automatic Conica (72mm conical burr, similar to the
highly regarded Mazzer Robur)
All three versions use the USA standard motor, 115V 60hz.
Depending on burr configuration, the wattage consumption varies
from 350W to 700W. 63mm flats revolve at 1400RPM, 83mm flats
at 900rpm, 72mm conicals at 350rpm.
Automatic grinding function works as followed: The side power
switch starts the grinding. Once the doser has filled, a microswitch
is tripped and stops the grinding. When you dose enough to
deactivate the switch the grinder starts again, until the
doser is filled.
ALL have NSF and UL approval for commercial food
preparing operations. |
