Kenya "AA" - This is a favorite of many cuppers, the very high acidity requires a full roast to develop the bean and bring out the body. Once roasted, you will have a fine, well balanced cup. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Sumatra Mandheling - This bean has a very heavy "chocolatey" body that overpowers it's mild acidity. This fine cup should be free of any earthiness or dirty characteristics. In recent years, quality control of this bean has increased. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Malawi Mapanga "AA" - This bean is in limited production. The cup characteristics of this coffee are of a typical East African bean without the very high "winey' attributes of a Kenya. It has mild acidity, mellow body, and a smooth cup. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Brazil Santos 2/3 - This medium sized bean is a strictly soft cup that is fine and uniform with a slightly sweet character. This is typical of the Cerrado region. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Brazil Santos 18+ Screen - This large sized bean portrays a mild cup that is fine and uniform. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Colombian Excelso - U.G.Q. (usual good quality) A full body with medium to high acidity and a strong aroma. Burlap Bag Size: 154 pounds

Colombian Supremo - 18 screen. Esentially the same cup as the Excelso but with slightly more body due to the grade preparation. Burlap Bag Size: 154 pounds

Costa Rica Tarrazu & Tres Rios- This coffee posseses a cup with medium body and high acidity. These good quality beans have an almost fruity aroma and work just as well straight as in any blend. Tarrazu Burlap Bag Size: 152 pounds - Tres Rios Burlap Bag Size: 152 pounds

• Tarrazu vs Tres Rios: Traditionally, the Tarrazu Region has enjoyed a reigning position as one of the premier gourmet specialty coffees from Costa Rica. Due to improved crop development, there are now other regions that produce fine green coffees. Tres Rios is one of those regions that has increased quality.

Guatemala Antigua - A medium to large SHB with full body and high acidity to create a well rounded cup. Burlap Bag Size: 152 pounds tare weight

Tanzanian Peaberry - This is a full bodied cup with low acidity relative to other East African coffees. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - This is the top of the line of all washed Ethiopian coffees. Cup characteristics are very high acidity and a distinctively floral to fruity aroma. Yirgacheffe is often used in a true "Mocha Java" blend. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Celebes Kalossi - This coffee is very similar to the Sumatra with slightly less body and more acidity. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Indian Mysore "A" - A large bean that roasts evenly to produce a cup with full body and low acidity. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds

Mexican HG - This coffee contains the characteristcs of both the Colombian and Central American milds with its mellow acidity and medium to heavy body. Burlap Bag Size: 152 pounds

Zimbabwe "AA+" With its milder acidity, this bean differs from the other more "exotic' coffees of East Africa. The bean style is very similar but the cup is much more neutral than the winey Kenya. Burlap Bag Size: 132 pounds
