The rural hillside of Tuscany comes to mind with each sip. It is made of a select blend of 70% sweet highland Arabicas from Central America and 30% of the finest, washed Robustas from Indonesia (Java coast). Top Class reaches an ideal balance of strength without bitterness, with a full body and aroma, round and sweet flavor, and a rich, persistent aftertaste. Very versatile and yielding a rich dense crema under every condition, Top Class is well suited to the making of the well-renowned cappuccino or latte.

Available in a 2.2 pound, vacuum packed with one way valve bag. Roasted and packaged in Italy.
